Trinity Lutheran, just a block from East State Street and in the heart of Downtown Rockford, takes pride in joining the Stroll on State celebration each year. This year, with the accompaniment of Guilford High School's a cappella choir, Trinity made its voices heard and rejoicing in the wonderful gathering.
Cornucopia is collecting Peanut Butter and Jelly during the month of April.
May the 4th be with you! Bring yourselves out for some friendly fun. We will have activities such as Old School Broomball, Star Wars, Dodgeball, Basketball and Parachute Games for the little ones! Please bring a broom with the end duct taped. (Duct tape will be available, a limited supply of brooms will be available). We will have walking tacos for dinner! Don't want to play, don't worry! There will be a coffee bar and an area to hang out and chat. Please let us know you are coming by signing up on the TLC Faith and Fellowship Facebook Page or on the Sunday Morning Attendance Sheet.
We are leaving on Sunday October 5th, and returning Saturday, October 11th. While in New Orleans we will visit Mardi Gras World and the National World War II Museum. Guided tours of New Orleans, a Louisiana Plantation and the Historic French Quarter. A Relaxing River Boat Cruise is also included. The cost for this amazing trip is only $895 p/p (double occupancy).
